About Us

Background of the Hub of Knowledge in Orofacial Laserology
The Lasers in Dentistry Research Group at Khon Kaen University was established in 2011 and has since developed strong academic expertise and collaborative partnerships with public and private sectors in both academic and healthcare services.
To advance and expand knowledge related to laser applications in the orofacial region, the research group together with more than 10 partner organizations initiated the “The Hub of Knowledge in Orofacial Laserology”. The initiative aims to promote the application of laser knowledge nationwide, establish a reference center at the ASEAN regional level, and foster collaborative networks both nationally and internationally.
This hub of knowledge is committed to the dissemination of knowledge and expertise through academic activities, research, and professional health services utilizing laser technology for oral and facial care in a sustainable and impactful way.
